our favourite hotel in marrakesh, staff was loyal. the spa and a pool were a big plus.

Customer service was great, and food was exceptional. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Chez Coco that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Our room looked out to the mountain. Most of the staff were competent. Besides, the property had free Wi Fi.
